Ice Cream Social
Friday, August 21

This coming Friday is our annual Ice cream social event where the kids perform for all of the parents, and it is also a general booster meeting where you will be able to meet the members of the board and ask any questions. At this meeting we do voting on various items, this year it is some amendments to our by-laws, please review the 2 items below and be ready to vote on them:

1.       Section VIII. Update verbiage:

a.        Change committee to coordinators

2.       Section VII new G.  – Outgoing Board members

a.       Outgoing board members shall be responsible for the following:

i.      Turn in all materials, such as keys, debit cards, notebooks, check book, receipts and any other materials relating to the program the night of registration.

 ii.      Meet with incoming board members for banking changes and to update all contact information (i.e. Sam’s club etc.) within 2 weeks of election.

This gathering is also the first chance to order your Roarin’ Blue merchandise,  such as bling shirts, T-shirts, caps, hoodies, car decals, and yard signs. We will have a table set up to take all orders, please note even though it is 100 degrees outside you may want to order your hoodies now.
